For several years, Chef José Andrés hosted the annual Culinary Getaway in Puerto Rico at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. In November 2016, Blackbird PR asked me down to be one of the event photographers. It was truly an honor and was also the last time I was ever able to photograph Anthony Bourdain.
